Comfortable apartment in a great location almost in the centre of Barcelona.
Location, location, location. The metro is just around the corner, all the sights in the city centre are within walking distance. There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The location is almost perfect. The apartment is big enough, especially if you use it mainly for sleeping. We did not use the kitchen at all, but it had everything you need to cook. If the internet connection is important to you - it works great! Host Pier was super nice, he also let us stay a bit after check out time.
The apartment has problems with damp, which is related to the age of the building itself. The fact that the rooms are small does not help, of course. In summer, with air conditioning, you probably wouldn't even notice it. Otherwise, it is clean, but wear and tear is noticeable.

Great apartment in very nice area, with very nice host. Definitely recommended.
The apartment is nice and fitted our needs. It was clean, with spacious bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is very good - very close to major attractions (Pl. Catalunya, La Rambla, Pl. Espania and more) by foot or by public transportation. There are many cafes and supermarkets around. The communication with the host was excellent - he was nice and respondent. The pictures of the apartment are accurate.
The windows of the apartment are facing interior side of the building, so you cannot open windows. It didn't bother us too much, since we were out most of the day anyway.
